My good news for the night? I'm going to Disneyland!

My DH ran the Goofy Marathon in January and decided he wants to run the DL half in September. There's a special medal for doing the WDW and DL races in the same year and he wants one. It's all about the bling!

It's not going to be much of a "tour the parks" weekend, but any weekend at Disney is a good one.

Well, I see no one has made any other suggestions for a name for the new thread. I like DISgeeksfromDC's and 3g&g's suggestion. If no one else can come up with any other names or has no objections, I think the name for the new thread should be "The Top Three Meet Dis-nee" (CMO Contest, Part Three)

I have to watch part of DVD for work, so I tried to watch it on the computer while I hang with you guys . . . but my computer is apparently so stupendously slow that it can't accomplish both of those things at the same time. SO, gotta head downstairs to the TV...

After a quiet day - this is a big bunch!

Ok, 3guys, I have to admit to something that I did today...since you shared your truck moment last week.

At lunch I went running errands, and it was a really nice day, so I put the top down on my car.

Pulled into the parking garage, put the top back up, gathered my packages, got out, locked the doors with the switch on the door (cuz not working with key remote) and....

as I'm closing the door I have one of those OOOOOH NO! moments. My keys are in the car - but it's too late - the door is closed. (Karma for blonde jokes I tell)

Yikes. So, 45 minutes later, there comes Pop a lock, and I'm back at work.

I kept thinking about you and your truck while I was waiting. Haven't locked keys in the car since I was in high school. Does that mean I'm regressing?

Kids are doing great now. Everyone is in good health right now. I'm doing a lot of painting work, which keeps me busy and sore from all the climbing.

My kids are geeked that we're getting to go back to WDW soon. They've wanted to eat a Kitchen Sink for the last two trips, but we didn't get to. We're gonna do it for sure this time. I've invited Orlando local CMO contestant Meggin to join us. If any Disers make CMO3 they are welcome to join too. Each night we do surveys of their favorite rides and attractions and discuss them before prayer time. We're hoping to catch some of the CMO stuff, if any of it is public. I'll have a video camera for all our dis friends.

First you have to understand the "Party in the Car" from Fleagles trip report:

But I think we were discussing Fleagle's uncanny dancing ability during the original thread. Since his wife and kids all dance well, he was pointing out that when he danced it was the Funky Salmon. (I am paraphrasing, since I'm not sure exactly when that was discussed).

So Funky Salmon was born!!!!
