feeling cheated to me means what the poster said...
She/he was literally given a pretty good discount, regardless of a mistake or not. Then after receiving a discount they were told no.

The discount actually should have stuck IMHO since it was no fault of the consumer that this happened
The word cheated can have so many reasons, dont force the OP to remove it, If they felt cheated, those are their feelings....

I hope you enjoy your trip.
I was really starting to feel bad after getting so many negative comments about the one word I used and I don't want to attract negativity at all, as the DIS is a happy escape for me.
