With taxes the Platinum renewal is now > $1000. Which means you can't use a single Disney gift card to buy it and the form doesn't allow multiple forms of payment. *sigh*. I discovered this AFTER I had purchased the gift cards of course. I've reached out to runDisney and I'll report back if I hear from them.

I didn't even think of that! Ugh, that stinks. With tax and fees, it was $1,049.89. OUCH!

I'm sure it is your local/state tax on top of the 6.6% platform fee. I'm in VT.

With Texas taxes it's $1,069.86
I imagine it's different for every state.

The system will only accept one payment. Please use another form of payment.

Yup. I was logged in but it kicked me out. I either get the spinner or "502 Bad Gateway". They are having issues, but will get it sorted out at their own pace. The funny thing is that we joined the club in order to avoid the stress of signing up for races. But, in a new level of terror, thery've introduced membership renewal stress.

I was able to upgrade too but had two browsers also trying to upgrade my running partner who is mid-flight home and by the time I got back to the other browser they were gone.
