Club Penguin

I see that Hollywood Studios are having 'Test Meet and Greet' sessions with some of the characters from the Club Penguin website over the next couple of weeks.
I hope this catches on as DD(10) is a HUGE Club Penguin fan, and even helps around the house to earn money to pay for her subscription.

If I promise to take her to see them when we are there in October she might even cut the grass for me.

We saw at Xmas they had started getting Club Penguin merchandise. DS took a photo of the display. Will try get some pics of the characters later this month.

I spotted this a couple of weeks ago and mentioned it to DD9. this is the girl who has sworn she never wants to go back to wdw and is over it. she actually yelped and jumped about, "mum when can we go?" amazing the power Club Penguin has

We saw all this in the Disney Store at DTD. DD brought a few bits and bobs for friends of hers (colouring books, books of tips for playing online - that sort of thing). The thing she was most pleased about was something round and furry - I think it was called a Puffle or something like that.

I cant tell you specifically what but yes i have seen merchandise in the uk stores, think there was mobile phone charms, wallets etc, and yes no doubt i will be bringing back some Club Penguin stuff for DD in August i know nothing though so think she better educate me about the characters before i go so i know which one is her fav.

Disneystre in the UK have just gone in new stock of Puffles, Penguin figures and trading cards. We had to make a special trip to get these on Sunday

Its Disney online game/community. After we all got addicted to VMK (Virtual Magic Kingdom) and Disney closed it down I will not play anymore Disney games. We spent hours and a lot of money developing our characters just to have them shut it down.

DD (11) loves Club Pengiun, she's going to be well pleased when I tell her. I think that her list of things that she wants to buy is going to get a lot longer!!!
