Club Level?

Hello Everyone!!!
Can anyone give me some info on "Club Level" access?
What does it mean? We're staying at the BWV in July..already have our reservations..how do we get the "Club Level" VIP access??

Club Level is not available with points reservations at BWV. The Club Level rooms are only in the BoardWalk Inn which is not bookable using points.

There is no Club level at the BWV. AKV is the only DVC that has a Concierge or CLub level to it (and those rooms are additional points/nite)
