club level upgrade?

we are currently booked a deluxe room for party of five at hrh. we need the space w/ 3 teenagers. is it possible to upgrade for club level at check in for a flat fee? we are gold loews first members. thanks

It never hurts to ask. All they can say is there is no availability. I've heard it done before and sometimes it can really work to your advantage, but no guarantees.

LF status has nothing to do with club availability. You can always check now to see if it is available and at what cost. Expect it to be anywheres between $50 - $100 depending upon how busy the hotel/club is.

There are only 4 deluxe rooms on the club level floor. If you want a deluxe room and club level, your chances aren't that great. The other problem is, you can't reserve a deluxe room on club level, you can only request it with no guarantees. I suggest you stick to the deluxe room and not worry about club.

I'm confused we booked a Club Level Deluxe room at the PBH but on this thread someone said you can't do that just request it? Do I have to call and request or because I have a confirmation that I have a Club Level Deluxe does that mean I have it?

PBH and HRH are different.

At PBH, you can reserve a Club Deluxe room.

After I booked the woman said she would send me an email confirm. I haven't received anything yet. She gave me the confirm number and I checked on line and it was fine on the web site...should I be concerned or am I ok?

You should be fine. Print out that online confirm.
