Hey I was visiting Disneyland a few months ago, and we ran into someone who has actually been in club 33. She stated that it costs around 10,000 to become a member, and she was making it sound quite elite. the celebs, the food, the history....

any thoughts or facts....
thanks!

its a exclusive luxury-lavished supper club in Disneyland...and I guess it was formed for Walt Disney and his family and friends to dine there, but thats why I posted this to learn more. I know that our fellow Disney nerds will investigate

Wow! More info would be appreciated. I heard the wait list is something like 5 years?

Nope, I'll be applying for my first next year after my second semester. (or hopefully first) I've been counting down for almost 3 years now!

I'm currently a PI - I work in the OL&D department at Team Disney!

How is that going, Brenna? I really miss your blog and I really want to know how things are for you. Can you give me a small update?

It must be incredible to work at Team Disney. I wish you the best! :earsboy:

It's going really well - but super fast! Team Disney is a very different experience than the parks, but I enjoy the behind the scenes inside/knowledge!

Yes, those are from taking CP classes at Disney University... I can't wait to get mine! :)

I've been to Club 33...a friend of mine's father had a high position for a drug store who owns membership. It was amazing! So much to tell...the fondue, exclusive artwork, old-school elevator, the fondue, awesome CM's, did I mention the chocolate fondue? ....amazing. It's been about 5 years since I went, I took pictures, but I'd have to scan them to put online. I hope to go back some day. I go to DLR a lot, and every time I'm there, I take a picture by the 33...good times.

chocolate fondue is a beautiful creation.
and next time please let me be your date!!!

Slightly more than $10K initiation (single membership; more for corporate) plus annual dues each year currently running at $3275.

There are usually a few openings every year when members decide not to renew or pass on. Memberships are not transferable.

I believe additions to the waiting list are been closed until 2010.

Heading there on Valentine's Day for dinner.
