Great update. I couldn't believe the rude waiter. When we had the dining plan any time we were too full for dessert the server was more that willing to get it to go for us, infact several times when we declined dessert the server almost insisted to wrap it up for us.

Where is MeMom's secret place? I would like to see that next visit to MK.

Thanks for the WNTW link Shocker. I watch that show EVERY day at lunch. I purposely take my lunch break during the reruns, but I have never seen that episode. I hope I get it one these days.

Everything is ok. They had to move the location of my port (where they access my band to make it tighter). It was just a a day surgery but I was out of work for little over a week. I go back on Monday.

School starts May 11th. I am VERY nervous to be a student again!

We had a great time that afternoon, you guys were so gracious to have us over to your villa for a chat. I'm glad we were able to make a June trip work while you guys will still be there (and I'm even more excited that I'll get to hear about your cruise before you write that TR ).

Hi Anita! I've read your other Trip Reports, but never posted on DIS until a few months ago when I started planning our trip for this year! I loooove reading trip reports & have learned so much from them...I feel like I'm reading the trip-report of a Celebrity now!

Its funny because right now, after reading your whole report so far, I have a million Internet Explorer windows open...one for Vera, one for ebay bracelets, one for charms, one for Target's Chi, one for laughingplacestore, and of course my many Disney sites!!!

I loooove Vera!!! My college bookstore used to have them & everytime they'd get new ones, I'd be there in a heartbeat! ha ha! Boy, I sure do miss those days!!! Luckily for me, its just a 15 minute drive down the road from my house, BUT I don't hear all the local gossip about which new ones are out as often as I used to! I guess I'll have to start getting my Vera info from DIS!

I loved your pictures from the Flower & Garden Festival. I have been to Disney so many times, but unfortunately haven't made it there for that event. Its so pretty, I'm really hoping to go someday.

He couldn't do the Creme Brulee to go, I understood that, I guess he didn't think he could change my order to the cake.

Just to the back of the kodak camera center.
They have a small theater back there and show cartoons.
It's very cool!

Very true! This is an enabling bunch, for sure! I was trying to enable as well. I've already bought a Vera and I'm going to buy the battery charger!!!!!

Hi! I'm a little late but all caught up. I'm coming over from MeMom and Jill's TR. We were at WDW the same weekend as you, and also at MK on Saturday and Epcot on Sunday (and I too had a Grey Goose slushie ). MeMom had asked me before our trip if I was going to be meeting up with you but I told her we hadn't "met" yet. I did a mini-TR about that weekend on my Dec TR, if you want to try and see if you are in some pictures, that would be fun. I didn't see us in yours.

I love your updates! I am so perplexed by the waiter's attitude -- how come Shocker could have his dessert to go, but not you? That is sooo strange!

All of your Photopass pictures with John, Michelle, and Julie turned out great! I bet you had a lot of fun with them! I can almost smell the flowers in all your pictures! So pretty!

From what I have read, that has now been blocked off and is being prepared for meet and greets while Toontown is being worked on. It made me happy to see those pictures, as they will probably be the last record we have of that area. It was just a nice quiet place to get away from heat/cold/crowds with little ones, and the photo ops were cute. Brooklynn loved sitting there watching the old cartoons.

Wow WigD! What a great set of updates! I loved all the photos, and the DIS meet fun! The slushies, OF course!!!! Seems like a lovely afternoon and I am sorry about your Chef's waiter, but your lunch sounds great, and I would have been full after an appetizer and soup too!!! We have a lunch ADR there this summer... can't decide if we will go or not... trying to decide between that and something else! The photos are amazing. I think this will definitely have to be a time for me to visit no question

Yes, unfortunately it is all blocked off now.

The food at Chefs looks so yummy! I'll have to check out the kids menu...I've got one picky girl I have to work around. That waiter needed to be reminded that he works in Disney where anything can happen-even switching a dessert! Geesh!

I might have stopped in a store with VB yesterday...and a Saddle Up bag in cupcake pink just might be in my possession...I wanted to buy several other things but I controlled myself!
