Cloud Bread, anyone tried it or made it?

I use stevia but do not like it in my coffee have you used Swerve in hot beverages?

Yep, I have!! In my opinion, it's slightly less sweet than stevia, but only by a little bit. It's more similar to real sugar in its sweetness. I've used it in coffee and tea before and it's wonderful. I usually use stevia daily (for coffee and tea) though, and swerve for baking/cooking, although that's only because swerve can be more on the expensive side, lol.

I made cloud bread for the first time a few weeks ago. I liked it and plan to make it again. I used cream cheese and I substituted vinegar for the cream of tartar.

So it's like a savory meringue??

Not if you store it overnight in an airtight container. If your eat it straight out of the oven it has a meringue consistency, if you store it it is more bread like, but it does have a lighter texture and doesn't hold up to moisture for long.

Dinner for me was a hamburger on cloud bread.
