For those of your waiting out ROFR, we put in offer 6/11 on 130 VWL December points and made it through ROFR! It took around 3 weeks for Disney to pass on it but pass they did! We paid above the market rate per point and are paying 9 months of dues, receiving a full years banked points and all of this years allocation. We felt it was worth it as we wanted to add on less then 150 points and no VWL December points were available. (Apparently we were #45 on the DVC wait list for Dec Lodge points.) We thought they may buy back but for some Disney reason, they let us have it! Just a note of encouragement for those of you waiting to hear.
We did have two contracts from Disney we were holding in case this didn't go through. Even our guide said they would probably not let it go through but it did! I'm waiting until I confirm everything with MS before I release the two Disney contracts (120 December BCV and 150 March VWL, we just couldn't decide.) I'm just still thinking it's too good to be true. I guess we picked up some of Tinker Bell's pixie dust when we visited in May.
Now we have our annual trip in a one-bedroom instead of a studio! We love DVC! Hang in there those of you waiting!
