Very glad for all of you guys! But I'm getting pretty aggravated with my situation. Closing on a contract for BR. We had our closing documents all signed and money transfered in time to close before shutdown. Magic vacation title didn't want to do it before. So we had to wait. Closed on 12/19. Title wasn't executed till 12/26. Then the title company sat on it until 12/30 to send it in. Still waiting. We have a 2br reservation on 1/28 that we could've upgraded to a grand villa with expiring points this contract has. But it's looking like nothing is available anymore. Sorry about the rant. But I know you guys would understand.

Totally feel for you! We have similar situation(also BR)- our title company sat on our contract after it closed before submitting it for recording (closed 12/23 but not sent to be recorded until 12/30) which may cost us dearly as well with using points in our time frame. But all any of us can do is wait now for the powers that be at Disney to do their part.

My deed record Jan 6th... hoping to get it back by week of Jan 19 to book rooms for end of August! Exciting!

Good Luck I have been checking my account every day for the past few days and there was nothing this morning and then a few hours later I received the email and checked and both the contract and the points were showing.

Yeah, my wife and I have been checking our dashboard multiple times a day. Our deed was recorded 12/26 and sent to member services 12/30. Fingers crossed it's today.

We closed 12/19, deed recorded 12/26, and apparently the title company sent it over to Disney on 12/30. We are in the same boat and so far nothing still today. Wishing you luck. I'd love to hear if you have any success today! It's been frustrating waiting. We are trying to use points for our August trip to save money and I am worried we won't have much to pick from.

If we don't get ours soon( need to have them before beginning of Feb for possible use if anything left- 2nd week of March!), we won't have points we can use until 2027 ( we knew it was a gamble getting to use our 2025 points but had hoped when we passed ROFR so quickly.... So here's hoping we all get ours soon -but not looking like today is the day for us lol!

Yes! My husband and I were so excited because we have 147 points from 2025 to use by May 31. I am a teacher and I was hoping we could plan a long weekend trip, but the later it gets the year, the less hope I have for us taking that weekend trip. We were so excited to have one weekend without our kiddos before our bigger summer family trip. We got married in Disney in 2013 and haven't been without children since 2015 so it was a big deal for us! I am thinking we may have to rent the points, sadly. Every email that comes in I get so excited and it just doesn't appear to be happening today. I hope they come before the weekend!!

Although I have spoken to several whose deed was recorded 12/26, but their title company passed off the transfer info to Disney sooner than others and they already got their points (some last week on 1/8). Our deed was recorded 12/26, but Magical Vacation Title didn't send over the info to Disney until 12/30! I am hoping for a good update soon!

Although I have spoken to several whose deed was recorded 12/26, but their title company passed off the transfer info to Disney sooner than others and they already got their points (some last week on 1/8). Our deed was recorded 12/26, but Magical Vacation Title didn't send over the info to Disney until 12/30! I am hoping for a good update soon!

Mine was sent to Disney Jan 6. This feels like waiting in line and watching others in front getting onto rides ahead !!
