Closing Time!

Called DVC this morning. They have “nothing in the file” told me to send an email to Member Administration. Also followed up with my resale company.
Hopefully the title co gets back to you and contacts DVC and figures it out. I had one get lost. Unfortunately MA never responded to my emails.

Member services doesn’t have access to new contracts until membership administration processes it and sets up the account.

Until that is done, there is nothing for them to see.

What Sandi said. I should've clarified to be sure that when you called MS they were actually putting you on hold and speaking to MA and MA said they had no record. If not, and it was just MS telling you this then it is not unusual.
