Oh yes I did! I got an email on Sunday saying its been processed because im already a member and when i looked at my dashboard immediately, everything was already loaded!

It took 16 days! All 3 of my contracts since January took exactly 16 days, yours is right around the corner!

I just hope the holiday this week doesn’t slow it down anymore lol I’ve been very very patient considering I signed my contract back in march

For those that have done this many times before, how long does it usually take for non-international sellers to notarize their documents? It's been almost a month since we've passed ROFR (3 weeks since we signed our docs) and are still waiting. Closing date isn't until first week of July, but I'm starting to become annoyed.

All you can do is reach out to your closing agent for an update and they will nudge the sellers, assuming you haven't already. I did the same thing last week and closing happened shortly after. It's just the nature of buying resale, unfortunately.

If you go in go google, and look up dvc deed look up http://or.occompt.com/recorder/web/ if you search your name it should show up and tell you what day it was recorded. members@disneyvacationclub.com that’s the email in case you would like to reach out to them directly my deed was recorded in June 4th as well, I am still waiting on my activation email

Mine was recorded on 6/3 and got mine on Wednesday. They were closed yesterday for the holiday so keep that in mind.

I signed my contract originally march 28th I’ve waited this long, what’s another few days haha a mistake made my my agent, so the process had taken way longer than it should lol
