Hey congrats! Sorry I didn’t pop into this thread last week to answer your questions, but I’m glad to see you got the account! Good luck with points loading! I was basically denied via chat twice and phone once over the course of a week before having luck, but hopefully you do better!

Did you have your member id and code already or did you call for that too?

About 10 days after closing I sent an email to member services asking if they could activate my account and send the ID. They did about 2 days later. Then I started chatting and calling for my points the next week after my account was set up. But it took about a week to finally convince them to do it.

Title company received our closing docs the day after we sent them, but since our sellers are from Qatar they are currently looking for a notary and may have to go to the US embassy for it are mobile notaries not a thing in qatar

Showing up at the embassy in Doha and begging for an appt was a non-starter. Not that I did that…. Had to do a double take to make sure you weren’t talking about me.

Once they do it, does it take weeks for the mail to get to Florida too?
