How long does it take for MA to email back?. It’s been 4 days. I’m getting pretty angry.

I have really learned from this resale experience that next time I buy resale I am going to buy 3-4 months ahead of when I actually want it. A two month closing time is wishful thinking with international. They made it seem to me like buying from an international seller was just the same as a US buyer, just that small FIRPTA hoop or whatever it's called, but in reality a potential 6 week waiting time just to get a notary, longer times for mailing etc, the seller closing is probably going to take longer than ROFR, so yes it is a significant delay which I wish I wasnt aware of until somebody warned me in this group. My bad. I wouldn't care for the fact I have a trip in September which is why I will buy again well in advance of next year's trip. After the seller does all this still having to wait for member services, I seriously just give up on getting what i want in September lol. Yes US sellers can drag their feet too, but I think it's less likely and they definetely at least have a choice of a speedier closing.

Yes in January. Thats why I am on edge. Still waiting from 02/12 is a pretty normal timeline in my experience. This is my 5th resale and Ive never been waiting while others have had theirs loaded.

I had paranoia in the beginning on this contract that the seller had full access to all the points while DVC does their processing. So now I just doubled the time in which the seller has access and can still use the points and/or transfer them out.

If they used your points isn’t there a clause in your contract for them to reimburse you any missing points?
