It has not. I called yesterday and the person said I need to wait a month before it may show or they could look about it.

I thought I would call back to see if someone else can look. I want to make a reservation for Christmas and worried I can’t get the dates if I am not exactly at the 11 months.

Man that's not good. Thanks for the update though. Not sure what the hold up is when there are other data points around your date that were pretty quick.

I’m amazed how quickly this went from offer to closing! I was initially worried by previous feedback I’ve read in this thread, but the broker and title company were on the ball every step of the way, without us needing to poke them for updates at all.

Worth noting, this would have gone a lot quicker had we not had an unfortunate delay. With the Christmas period, new year and having to find a notary we were not able to return the docs until the 7th Jan and even though we paid for 2 day air fare it still took a week to arrive in Orlando.

The closing company and the sellers were extremely quick to respond (sellers had docs returned the following day) I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
