Ugh it's been almost a month and the Aulani reseller still hasn't signed the closing documents. The title company reached out to the seller today and the holdup is due to the seller trying to get an exemption on the HARPTA tax before signing the closing documents. Title company is asking the seller to sign the closing documents anyways as the closing date on the Sales Contract is 10/7.

PSA: when I logged in this morning my 2027 points has loaded but 24/25/26 all showed as zero (I was expecting 600). If this happens to you, do not panic. Evidently 2027 loaded “automatically” and the MS chat agent found and loaded the other points.

It's not a big contract (150 pts), and the total amount for HARPTA is about $1k. Tried to do some quick research on it and not even sure if the seller would have to pay it when filing taxes since the sale is not over $300k. Would end up getting it back as a refund, but of course that would take a while. Hopefully the seller returns the signed documents this week.
