Has anyone else experienced more than the usual one day delay? Wonder if its even worth trying again today.

It’s my first contract so I’m just excited (and also trying to book a trip ASAP for November).

Should I just try being more patient or is there anything I can do?

It has already been a long journey! Happy to finally be on the next step! Two months for seller to return documents has been painful.

How’s it going? Checked in with the title company on closing timeline and they said they still haven’t received the sellers’ documents. Was told 9 days ago that they should’ve arrived within 24 hours. All I can do is breathe at this point.

My SSR deed was recorded on 5/12 and I didn’t get my welcome email till 6/1 I think. I wouldn’t worry too much.

I was told they were arriving last Friday. Never arrived till Wednesday. Just got the email that the closing happened!! Fingers crossed yours is right behind me!! Assuming Disney will now take 5 weeks cause that is the pattern with the contract!
