Still waiting on the title company to close. Their portion only is at 29 days.

VGCgroupie that's terrible! We waited 13 days from passing to close, and I thought that was a long time, because of an error on the closing company then the seller missing their notary appt. Ours is also a 2042 resort so I am anxious to get something planned. We have another resale contract in the pipeline as well, with banked points, and it's excruciating to wait.

When was your deed recorded? Ours was recorded 6/26/24 and would love to have a better timeline estimate for myself.

I should have looked in my DVC account before asking that question. Our contract was added sometime today - points not loaded but contract showing up. We aren’t in any particular hurry but I just want control over the points so I can bank them into 2025.

I am having a similar experience, different title co. 11 month window for early June is booked. Deed recorded 7/1 and no membership ID or points yet. Bitter pill to swallow, but we will make the best of it and wait list/stalk/adjust dates to make it work the best we can for 2025. It's slightly more frustrating b/c this is a 2042 resort, so the countdown is on for how many more trips you can get out of those. I believe we are around the 80 day mark for offer being sent, sigh.

Recorded June 26, also on a 2042...still waiting.

No luck yet. I have spoken with the title company as well and they basically said to give Fidelity a chance to resolve it and that she could escalate to a higher up at Fidelity too.

Fidelity is saying that the sellers did not use any of the points (well, duh, they expired!) and is basically telling me that I should leave it there because we got the sellers to accept a low offer.

I told them that the listing and contract mentioned the points were included, that either the sellers or Fidelity misrepresented the contract and I expect to be covered by the clause setting a rental price of $25 per missing point. Waiting to hear back from them on that.

Curious if you have an update on this, hoping the best outcome for you

Just got points loaded for a 6/26 recording with a chat after contract showed up on my dashboard. Interestingly my BLT's passed ROFR with the exact same dates. 21 days for all 3 processes.
