Day 29 since passing ROFR and just watched the 7 month window open up for my granddaughters 1st birthday weekend. Those nights aren’t available now. Can’t believe I’m paying this title company money to do such a poor job. So glad I decided to keep my final payment and not send it right away… earned interest for a whole month waiting on them.

It gave me great pleasure to tell my broker on my newest resale for Aulani that I refuse to use TRCS.

TRCS ended up closing fast after I complained so I have to admit they stepped up.

Day 29 since passing ROFR and just watched the 7 month window open up for my granddaughters 1st birthday weekend. Those nights aren’t available now. Can’t believe I’m paying this title company money to do such a poor job. So glad I decided to keep my final payment and not send it right away… earned interest for a whole month waiting on them.

My new contract has just showed up today… passed ROFR on May 17! Only 2 months

Disney is frustrating with the membership load times and ROFR but I’m not paying them for a service. Sellers can lag which happens. But a title company just taking forever to do their part when other companies do not is unacceptable.

Tomorrow will be 4 weeks since we passed ROFR, 2 weeks since we closed and the deed was recorded. I'm also watching us lose home resort priority to many times we've looked at going. It is frustrating!! Have you closed on this contract? Or just waiting for your membership? It is so hard to wait!!

Still waiting on the title company to close. Their portion only is at 29 days.

Bitter pill to swallow, but we will make the best of it and wait list/stalk/adjust dates to make it work the best we can for 2025. It's slightly more frustrating b/c this is a 2042 resort, so the countdown is on for how many more trips you can get out of those. I believe we are around the 80 day mark for offer being sent, sigh.

ouch 80 days is painful. I agree time is precious with a 2042 contract.

We are at 3 weeks since deed recording and my first payment is due lol before ever getting a membership ID

My deed was recorded on 6/26 and no email yet just so you know as far as timeline for yours
