In other good news I was able to book a nights stay after our October cruise, Columbus Day weekend. I even got almost exactly what we wanted!
I love it! It would have been very entertaining to see the look on their faces when they finally realized the siege could not be broken and they had no choice but to run up the white flag (and actually stand by the contract they signed in the first place).

Congrats! This is what a timeline should look like. I’m sitting at 45 days and haven’t even closed yet due to a horrible title co. Can’t believe I’m paying for such bad service.

For future reference, I always use Julie LaCagina with First American's Hawaii Resale Team. She is super fast, super responsive, and located in Honolulu so she's a local. I would almost call her the Cammy Smith of Aulani title.
I just put in an offer on Aulani and if they made me use TRCS I wouldn’t buy no matter how good for deal it was. Thanks for the recommendation, if my offer is accepted I will use her.
