I have a question about the timeline for sellers to return their closing documents. In my contract (fidelity) it says the closing must occur within 65 days of the effective date (which I understand to be the date of the last signature (sellers) on our initial paperwork. Does this basically mean the sellers have 65 days (minus the week the contract was in rofr) to return their final paperwork?

Anyone else have a delay between the two emails (member ID and activation code)? I got the activation code yesterday but no member ID email. I have checked spam and deleted messages. I called, but they could not give me my member ID. She said it was normal for the emails to be 3-5 days apart... That doesn't seem right, but maybe my past experiences were just lucky that I got the two emails close together.

Yes! I called twice and wrote an email. All came to dead ends until someone finally took pity on me on a third call. She asked if I had been a member before this purchase and I said "yes", but I sold it not too long ago. She said, she could not tell me my number but that it was the same as a prior membership number. I felt so stupid. I wrongly assumed because I had sold the prior contract that there was no way it would be the same.... not the case.
