My newest contract appeared under one of my Memberships (wrong one), so they are processing thru recorded Deeds up to 3/20, but apparently still having challenges with paperwork - I mention this because they still have not responded to an email from over a week ago, and if I call, I'm told Admin only accepts emails, no calls or chats. Very frustrating.

While it’s only been 3 business days since I wired my funds, at this point everything is returned and I would like my closing too!!!

Not sure. Yesterday I was told our closing will be Monday 4/10. Are you Mason as well? I'm guessing they are a bit backed up maybe.

Do you get some sort of confirmation from mason when they get your money? I’m also curious if the sellers have returned their papers yet. Obviously if things fall through with the sellers mason wires your money back, right? So nerve wracking having that much money just hanging out in some unknown place at the moment.

Mason will not be surprised if you call to make sure your money was received. You can email or call and ask 1) was my money received and 2) have Sellers returned documents and/or do we have a timeframe for closing?

For each of my previous wires, I confirmed bank account info and wiring instructions over the phone. I then sent an e-mail to the agent handling the closing informing them I am about to make the transfer, and then another e-mail requesting that they confirm receipt. most have been pretty good in responding within the hour (one took a half day to get back to us) that they received the transfer.

In the past it has taken a couple days - I was surprised they were able to do it next day. If it makes you feel better, they got it done quickly, but to the wrong Membership Number They are definitely backlogged at DVC.

Like others have said, I would call in and check. From reading this thread, most tasks seems consistent but there are some minor differences from person to person.

I had to call to check sellers docs were in (lost two days), but then I wired the funds immediately and had an email confirmation back within a few hours that funds were received without my prompting.
