closing costs for DVC add ons

If you initially buy into DVC through the secondary market, do you pay commission on add on points bought directly from Disney?

Our guide implied that if you initially buy from Disney, you wouldn't pay closing costs for addon points bought from Disney.

I understand that if you buy through the secondary market, you always need to pay closing costs.

Currently there are no closing costs for add-ons direct from Disney. It doesn't matter where you bought your master contract.

Second that - we initially bought a TSS resale and have just added on through Disney - definitely no closing costs adding on through Disney.
