What a great DVC family you all are!!! "AnnaS", I'll be posting how things are coming along in the coming months. Maria from Deptford... we're buying a home. I am going to be teaching here in Florida as well as my wife. Here's how i see it... We'll have our annual passes as we did when we lived in NJ. There's so much to enjoy here in central florida... but the Magic will still be "MAGIC" for sure. We still live 1 hr from Disney so we'll only be going there for weekend type trips here and there. School's are out in May (when we used to leave NJ for our spring vacations)... so that works. But one cool thing is that any weekend we can take a ride up to enjoy the parks and such. Imagine being able to go to Boma or see Illuminations when you need that quick "magical" fix! Couldn't do that in NJ... I used to just throw another Disney screen saver on the laptop or put in a Disney Treasure DVD to fill the void.

Anyway... thanks for the warm welcomes and best wishes everyone!!! DVC-ers Rule!!! You're all the best!!!

Congratulations to you!

I don't know that I could ever really leave NJ, we'll be NJ/Florida snowbirds some day. I love the Cape May area and our friends/family who live there, and we both like Florida as well. We're having a hard time deciding where in Florida we would like to retire to. We have to figure out if either of us wants/needs p/t positions.

Anyway, good for you, you've made the decision, enjoy!
