As a Vero Beach owner, I can tell you this is a very busy time at the resort. Finding an owner to make you an 11 mos. ressie for your asking price will be hard to find. You may want to up that price if you are serious about getting an 11 mos. reservation.

I would agree based on last 2009 Vero point chart. However, the point chart change from 2009 to 2010, the weekdays have gone up 8% where the weekends have dropped. If you are a DVC member, the discounted cash price for a room is equivalent to $10.29 a point.
