I have 161 points for rent or transfer. My home resort is SSR with a use year of February. 2009 point can be transferred and then banked, or I can bank my 2009 points and transfer 2010. This will be my first time transferring/renting, so I apologize for not having references.

Christy, I just checked with member services, and there is a studio available for those dates. Total would be 97 points.
