bookswin - I don't know if you could help me. I also don't know if it's too far in advance to be doing this. We are looking to go in October 2013 for a stay at BLT. We're looking at October 13-20 but we can move the dates forward or back a few days depending on availability. There are 6 of us and we need fully HA accommodations with roll-in showers, grab bars, and widened doorways. We need a bathroom with a roll-in shower for myself but my grandma who will be with us needs her own bathroom and can not manage with a bathtub with a shower head overhead. She needs a shower stall set-up - it can be a small step into the shower for my grandma as long as she has grab bars to hold onto. I'm not sure if this set up exists. I've heard conflicting reports from different people including people at Disney. This would be our second time renting points. We stayed at BWV 2 years ago and it worked out well but we'd like to try to stay at BLT this time around if we can get accommodations that would work for everyone in our party. Sorry for the long message. Thanks.

BLT is completely full every night. Only scattered nights here and there throughout WDW.

Sorry, I did not see 2013 in your post. I will call DVC tomorrow to try to get info on accessible rooms. As that is the newest DVC resort, I imagine it is the most up-to-date.
