CLOSED: Points for rent: 500 SSR/200 OKW $15/pt, 160 BLT $16/pt use by 5/31/21

Hi,

I have points available to rent at Saratoga Springs (SSR), Old Key West (OKW) and Bay Lake Tower (BLT). I'm charging $15/point for SSR and OKW points and $16/point for BLT points. I can also book at all DVC resorts for reservations within 7 months at $15/point. Unfortunately, I'm not able to do transfers. I've been a DVC owner for 12 years, owning points at 5 resorts and have rented many times.

Please send me a pm with: requested dates, room type (studio, 1 bedroom, etc), and preferred resorts. I'll respond back with availability and then get the necessary information for your reservation.

I require 100% payment upon confirmed reservation through Venmo or Paypal (you pay the fees).

OKW has a 1 BR for 167 points and a 2 BR for 226 points (the 2 BR is available in both Hospitality House and "regular" sections).
SSR has 1 BR std for 180, 1 BR pref for 209, 2BR std for 231 and 2BR pref for 280.
No other resorts have 1 or 2 BR available for your entire stay.

SSR checking in on 1/9 and out on 1/12 is available and is 39 points.
AKL checking in on 1/13 and out on 1/15 is available in savanna view at both Jambo and Kidani and is 30 points.
So total of 69 points.

SSR is available those dates, 51 points and so is AKL, 47 points.

I have bad news for you....posting on Rental board doesn't count towards your posts I think there are some test boards where you can just type something to get your posts in though. Someone else who rented from me was doing it that way. Good luck!

Hey Jennifer do you have a preference between Jambo or kidani?

Hmmm, probably not in a studio (I prefer the Kidani 1 BR because it has two bathrooms). I think I’d say Jambo. If you’re going to take Disney buses, I believe they stop there first which is key since they’re limiting passengers. I love the big lobby and the pool area is really nice.
Parking is more convenient at Kidani and they have grills, basketball and tennis (I think) courts if you’d use any of those amenities. They’re only a 5 min walk from each other so you can easily do pools/food at both.

Thank you. Im thinking Jambo. Now just one more question. Do you think it’s too much to do 3 resorts in the timeframe I want. I would also like to see riviera or bay lake since I am doing a try before buy dvc trip. FYI I think you can pm me now.
