Hi,

I have points available to rent at Saratoga Springs (SSR), Old Key West (OKW) and Bay Lake Tower (BLT). I'm charging $15/point for SSR and OKW points and $16/point for BLT points. I can also book at all DVC resorts for reservations within 7 months at $15/point. Unfortunately, I'm not able to do transfers. I've been a DVC owner for 12 years, owning points at 5 resorts and have rented many times.

Please send me a pm with: requested dates, room type (studio, 1 bedroom, etc), and preferred resorts. I'll respond back with availability and then get the necessary information for your reservation.

I require 100% payment upon confirmed reservation through Venmo or Paypal (you pay the fees).

Hi,
Unfortunately, there are no studios available for your entire trip. Looks like everything is booked up on New Years Eve.
BLT has a lake view for 2 nights checking in on 12/27 for 54 points.
You could do 4 nights at OKW checking in on 12/27 (12/31 check out). That's 80 points.
No other resorts have more than 1 or 2 nights available.

AKL isn't available for your dates in any view. OKW is available for 58 points (that's for 1 of the 2 BR's), so it'd be $870. I can't PM you since you don't have 10 posts outside the Rental boards. If you'd like to book, please make your posts and then send me a PM. I believe there are test boards to get them.

HI Jennifer I can only post once every 30 minutes, I will keep trying to up my post count, are you able to get 2,2 bedroom Villas on those dates? I am aware it would be double the points and price.
