RENTING GUIDELINES
If you are interested in these points, please PM me the following information. After your initial request via PM, all communication will be handled via email and telephone.
1. Your name
2. Your mailing address
3. Your phone number
4. Your desired check-in date
5. Your desired check-out date
6. Resort choice and villa size (First Choice)
7. Resort choice and villa size (Second Choice)
8. Any resort you are not willing to stay at (in case both first and second choices are unavailable)- WAITLISTS NOT AVAILABLE
9. Full names and ages of Guests
10. Addresses of Guests who do not share your address
This will give me enough information to confirm availability for you. Once we have confirmed the availability, we need to complete a Written Agreement. Then once I have received your payment in full (via PayPal without a holding period), I will create the reservation and forward you the confirmation email from Disney. If I need to update your reservation with your Magical Express information and special room requests (Please note: room requests are not guaranteed), please let me know as soon as possible. Dining plans must be added at least 3 days in advance and are paid for by credit card at the time of check-in.
Due to the last minute nature of these points, the Written Agreement must be completed within 2 hours of the confirmation of availability. Full payment in U.S. funds via Paypal (without a holding period This happens if you transfer money from your bank account instead of using a credit card or PayPal credit or if your credit card puts a hold on your purchase.) is due within 2 hours of the completion of the Written Agreement. If I do not receive the Written Agreement or payment in full within the above timeline, your reservation may be cancelled and the points rented to someone else. Please note: DVC Member Services is open 7 days per week from 9:00 AM 5:30 PM, Eastern.
NO CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS. You may want to consider purchasing your own trip insurance.
You will be able to make your own dining reservations at www.disneyworld.com/dining.
As of this posting, there is availability for almost all days in July in a Saratoga Springs Deluxe Studio and an Old Key West Deluxe Studio. There is also availability at Animal Kingdom Villas Deluxe Studio Jambo House (Standard View) for July 17-23 and Wilderness Lodge Deluxe Studios for July 24-30. Remember, these points can be used at any resort, but availability is very limited!

I have been a member of the Disboards for almost 5 years now. I have transferred points before, am a two-year-plus active member of two coupon shares run here on the Dis, and have run several Photopass shares. References available upon request. I use a Written Agreement to make sure all details are in writing to protect both myself as the seller and you as the renter.
