For those who do want to see the parade (given that it will only have been running in a cut-down version for two weeks) could I suggest we aim for maybe 1.30pm to meet, and plan for a 2pm group photo? That would give a bit of chatting time before some folks (such as me!) may have to move on?

Or else maybe the whole meet could walk through the connecting passageway to Frontierland and magically turn itself into a parade-watching meet!

A new "definite meet" thread is a good idea by the way.

Hello all. I usually do not post in this area but had to when I saw this thread. I belong to the croc exchange thread and we added a new croc that was named in honor of Bob. I will have him during this meet and would love to bring him to the meet. This will also be toward the end of my trip and at this time no one has signed up for Bob after me. If any one here is just starting their trip around this time and would like him next please go to the croc thread and sign up the current list is on page 150.

Would have been fun, but we had to change our arrival date from 8/30 to 8/31 due to my niece's baby shower on 8/30. Someone can have an extra dole whip for me though!!! Hope you have a great time!!!

I bought twins, Fang and Flower, to replace crocs who'd gone missing.

I also have my own pair of Crocs, seen here with Flower, but no exchanging. Ew.

Sorry, we won't be able to attend the meet in August. But, I will have a Dole Whip float or two on Bob's behalf during our September WDW trip.

These are stuffed animal crocs that travel with people on the board during their vacation. We try to keep them on vacation all the time and usually meet in person to hand off. Some times it is not possible and someone will take one home and mail it to the next person on the list. It is not for everyone but my family takes Faolan and enjoys meeting other members for the trade off. The rules and current list is on page 150 of the thread. I will have Faolan like last year but wanted Bob also when I read about him. I just thought it was one more great way of keeping the memory of Bob alive and in WDW.
