Started our process on April 7th.......still waiting to close.....supposedly the seller is to blame. If not closed by this Friday, June 2nd, ....the sellers are out of contract and we will have to move on. We'll see. A little disappointing as the Time Share Store has been great but Closing Services has not provided very good explanations to the delay.

I'm sure it's frustrating for the Closing Department. They want to finish up and get the paperwork out of there. I'm guessing the seller didn't send the paperwork in yet or didn't sign everything that was necessary. I hope things get taken care of very soon for you.
