Closed for capacity?

How do you know if a park has been closed for being at capacity? Is there a need to call? Somewhere on the website?

I believe they put a sign outside the gates of that park. It happens so rarely I wouldn't worry too much about it though.

There were these temporary road signs that said what was closed on your way down the main street. Last week there were 2 closed parks and thats how we found out while driving to epcot we would see signs that said "'park name' full"
