We are staying at the boardwalk for the first time in November. We have a standard room reserved. Should I be making any requests for a type of room? Since I have never been I am not sure if just getting the standard room is a good idea or what? Should I be request a certain view or to be close to an area of the hotel? I know this is kind of cryptic but just wondering. Thanks for any help.
5th Floor, Epcot Views are spectacular!
1st Floor, near the Quiet Pool can be very relaxing, and several walking paths (outside) that lead back to the 2nd floor lobby, rather than the long hallways.

Any advice?
It has been one of our dream resorts! We have two younger children, ages 8 and 5 at time of travel. We will arrive on Thursday morning and do one full day at the parks Friday before boarding the Disney Fantasy on Saturday.
We really enjoy sitting on our balcony and relaxing, so was trying to ease a bit of my nerves

I will be stalking here to gain lots of knowledge from you all!!
