Absolutely. Even if your room isn't ready, you can use all the facilities from the time you check-in until midnight of the day you check-out. You can check-in as early as 0700.
AWESOME, thanks

You're welcome. I forgot to mention that it's possible that your room might even be ready at 10:00.AWESOME, thanks![]()
Welcome to the thread, Joanne! I'm so glad you had a great visit. Does this mean you might have to change your location?Just returned my first time at the Boardwalk and absolutely loved it!
I've always been a Polynesian girl but it looks like we'll be staying here next time in November.
We had a room by the lounge (forgot the name of it)which was nice and very conveniet.
We've always loved stayed Polynesian CL with it's open lounge and views.
My question where is the CL at Boardwalk? Do they have nice views?
I don't know the layout of the resort very well and not sure if the CL is worth it.
We've stayed at the YC/BC and I don't like looking over other roofs and parking lots. lol
Thank you!

Well, if you're there between 0630 and 0700, they do have OJ and coffee. Breakfast is from 7-10:30. You can also take breakfast items (or ask for them) and store them in your fridge. I like to have a yogurt before going to the gym, but the lounge isn't open yet. So I would just take some and store them in the fridge. You could also store some apple juice boxes.Thank you!
My location may just change after another stay at the BW!
Thanks for your help! I'm up before the CL lounge is open so I was wondering if I should just book a regular room. We mainly used the Poly CL in the morning and night.
Just wanted to mention that room #4223 which is a Standard Room with a Boardwalk view, part of it is a bit blocked off because of the Boardwalk Bakery roof. Now you can see Atlantic Dance and everything else on that side, however things like the Boat dock and other parts there are blocked off.In answer to your CL questions: The CL views can be either of the BW, the pool or the courtyard with Epcot in the background. If you book a Deluxe room, you are guaranteed a BW view. All other CL room views are by request only and not guaranteed, but none of the CL views are of a roof or parking lot. Unlike the Poly, you are guaranteed to have a balcony at BWI.

The total time it takes to the Boardwalk Bakery and then to the Beach Club itself will depend on where your room happens to be located. Personally it's taken me no more then 5 minutes getting onto the Boardwalk itself and it's another 5 minute walk to the Beach Club. Plus each time I stayed there my room was in the area of the Boardwalk Bakery, however those were Club Level stays and those rooms are located in specifc areas.Hi!
First off, this thread is really great! I love all of the pictures!
Secondly, I wanted to see if someone could please tell me how long of a walk it is from Boardwalk over to the Beach Club Marketplace?
I've never stayed at Boardwalk before, so I don't know how big or spread out the resort is. Does is take a long time to go from your room just down to the bakery in the morning?
Also, where do you use the refillable mugs here?
TIA to anyone who can help!

As for the mugs you can get refills at the Boardwalk Bakery, Boardwalk Pizza Window, Boardwalk Joes, Belle Vue Lounge and Seahsore Sweets. However because of health reasons the Cast Members won't fill up the mugs so they will give you a drink of your choice in a paper cup.

You're welcome and here is another tip when walking to the Beach Club. Go in the direction past the Flying Fish, Kouzzina, Boardwalk Bakery and the ESPN Club. Then you will walk up a small hill and then once you pass the direction to go towards the International Gateway entrance to Epcot you will make a left and right there is the Beach Club.Thank you so much for all of this information! So helpful!
I'm glad to hear that it's not a far walk to Beach Club once you're on the Boardwalk. This info will really help me in my planning.![]()

If you went in the other direction past Big River Grille & Brewing Works and Atlantic Dance then that's the faster way when going to the Swan, Dolphin and Yacht Club. You would still end up at the Beach Club if you went in that direction, it would just take you a couple of more minutes.

If you want to get to the Beach Club as fast as possible then it's best you go the 1st direction I desricbed.I literally just wrote all of this down in my Disney notebook! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Ok, just 1 more question I promise. So, if we're headed from Boardwalk to go grab a bite at the Beach Club Marketplace, it would be best to go the 1st way you listed (pass Flying Fish, Bakery, etc), right? I think I'm confused as to where exactly the Marketplace is b/c something I read made it sound like it's between YC & BC.
Are there any good CS places at Boardwalk (for lunch or dinner) that accept the DDP?
Oops...that was 2 questions! Sorry!![]()

As for QS locations at the Boardwalk which accept the DDP is the Boardwalk Bakery and Boardwalk Pizza Window.
Another QS location of their's that I like is Boardwalk To Go which has your basic items like Cheese Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fried Chicken Sandwiches, French Fries, Onion Rings, Nacho's with Cheese and Mozzera Sticks. However they don't accept the DDP, although if you were to order their Cheese Burger Basket that inclues French Fries and a drink. So for paying out of pocket it's not a bad deal.
Finally I know you didn't ask about this but at the ESPN Club you can also take out anything off their menu. However the one catch is they automatically charge 18% gratuity.
Sorry for the bad pun....it's late here & I think I'm getting delirious!
You're welcome and I was happy to help. You've definitely given me some "food for thought".Sorry for the bad pun....it's late here & I think I'm getting delirious!
Seriously though, you have really helped me. Now that I know more about some dining options at BWI, especially the QS locations, I think I'll be ready to sit down tomorrow & start thinking about our meals.
I'm very excited for our 1st Boardwalk stay! I've been wanting to stay here for so long.

At Boardwalk Joe's, if you're just going for coffee, there are self service urns on the side. So you can use your cup there.

Hi Amanda! Just wanted to add that BC Marketplace is right off of the BC lobby, so just follow CR Fan's directions, turn right on the path that leads to the lobby (if you get to the pirate ship, you've gone too far!) walk straight into the lobby and take a right. You'll see the Marketplace right in front of you. I agree with CR Fan - only about a 5 minute walk when you're on the Boardwalk. The restaurants between BC and YC are Hurricane Hanna's and Beaches and Cream (I highly recommend both!)
