lol .. oh ok! .. my scanner goes through periods like that too .. some images (no messin with prefs) is the most beautiful scan EVER, then others it won't even focus! What the heck .. it's the same one the college uses, so no idea why it does that lol

Like the final layout too .. the flowers are perfect!

It is 12x12. I notices it looks kind of...lopsided. Bad photographer, lol!

I am not in sketch 2 because I was afraid of the rectangle Thanks for the offer.

I used a SCAL font/dingbat that someone made and offered for free -- it is called 09KutUps. It has a bunch of journal box shapes and other things. I didn't save the file, but I am pretty sure I made the box 4 inches wide and just trimmed off the side. The font is Smilage. It is pretty small, but it cut well.

Thanks for the compliments. I don't think I have ever used buttons before, so that is new for me (or new-ish if I have used them before). I was pleased with the ribbon "petals".

It's crop day at Michaels on Friday and I'm working it. I'm planning to take my supplies for this swap with me. I'll be there from 12:30 until 9 so inbetween helping the scrappers there, I'm gonna get some pages done!

This is my final version of my Animal Kingdom page for Group B1. Instead of adding lines for journalling, I embossed a piece of paper with the Tim Holtz notepaper embossing folder and then ran my ink pad over it to give it more of a distressed look like the patterned paper.

The colors are off in the photo. This page looks much better in person!
