CLOSED: 500 Points for Rent @ $12pp - experienced renter

I have 500 DVC points (or a few more if needed) that I am renting for $12 per point.

Travel must be between November 1, 2013 and May 31, 2014

Priority will be given to 100+ requests.

I have been a DVC member for over 12 years and if you are interested in renting DVC points from an experienced renter with a perfect 100% satisfaction rating and a hassle-free experience, then follow this easy Three Step process.

Step One - Send me a PM (Private Message) with the following information:
1. Check-in date
2. Check-out date
3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom)
4. Three top choices of locations

After I check availability, I will send you a PM or e-mail with the details and total price.

Step Two - Send me a PM (Private Message) with the following information:
1. Names of all guests and the ages of the children
2. Address, phone, and e-mail contact information
3. Do you want Magical Express (free airport pickup and drop-off), then I need flight info
4. Do you want to sign up for the Disney Dining Plan

Step Three – Payment terms
1. I accept payments via Paypal and absorb the transaction fees
2. 25% deposit via Paypal only when you receive a confirmation from Disney
3. 75% final payment 60 days before check-in (payment via check for this is acceptable)

Yes, but I prefer to limit it to 200+ points as we can only do this once. I will PM you with details.

3. Room type would just be a studio as there are just two of us
4. Three top choices of locations are:
AKL savannah view
Wilderness Lodge
Boardwalk/Beach Villas
honestly AKL is most definitely what we are after and I just picked two others randomly. Any others Im sure would suffice if need be. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do or any other info I can provide. Thanks so much!

Well, a 12 night request that is made 2-3 weeks before travel is VERY difficult with DVC points as most members plan travel in the 4-7 month window and some book at 11 months to get best availability. At about 3 months or so, availability is tights.

Here is availability for what you requested:

Available - November 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20
Sold out - November 11, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22

All other resorts including SSR and OKW have sold out dates for what you want.

My suggestion is to try to get a Week rental off TUG or ebay for your dates (might be difficult to find) or simply pay cash for the rooms directly from Disney.

You can always mix and match cash rooms with DVC points, but it really makes it complex.

I am now out of points in this contract.

I have a AKV contract that will have points available in a few weeks and I will post in a new thread.

Thank you to everyone that expressed interest. I was able to make several reservations on a first come, first commitment, first served basis.

I even made a few sub-100 point reservations to the DIS members that asked me very politely and nicely.
