What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Tonight was Chicken Fajitas. I used to use one of the dry mixes, but now use Goya Mojo Crillo marinade. . Had a salad and rice as sides.

I added sweet italian chicken sausage, peppers, and onions to a jarred marinara sauce and served it over zucchini noodles with a side of green beans.

Shepard's pie of course, but it's my go-to comfort meal that I make a lot anyway.

Tonight we had tortellini with homemade Alfredo sauce, salad, and garlic bread.

DH is taking half days tomorrow and Friday to watch March madness. I’m not sure what his plan is so the next few days are tbd which is never good.

My granddaughter is making Bang Bang Shrimp. We'll have rice and roasted broccoli with it.

I can probably answer that. He'll be snacking all day. He may or may not have beer with that. If not, he'll probably have something a little harder for the evening games. Oh wait, that may just be us. At least, it was when I could snack all day.

It's almost party time. Let the madness begin.

Tonight we went to Maggiano's. We usually go around Valentines Day ( never the day itself ), but weather & other things postponed it. I had Chicken Francese & DH had Fettuccine Bolognese. We shared shared a the Maggiano's salad ( minus the avacado). Really enjoyed our meal. We passed on dessert.

Loaded baked potatoes & bagged salad. I'm making broccoli w/ cheese sauce for the potatoes tonight for something different. I'm sure DH & DS will want to add bacon bits & more shredded cheese on theirs.

Haven’t posted much lately - we were traveling a lot lately. A couple trips to Florida. Fort Myers to visit with my wife (who spent the month of February with her mom down there) and last week, a quick trip to Fort Lauderdale, because I was off for our school’s spring break.

Quick dinner tonight, roasted chicken thighs, salad and sweet potato ziti (won’t be buying those again- they weren’t very good)

Haven’t posted much lately - we were traveling a lot lately. A couple trips to Florida. Fort Myers to visit with my wife (who spent the month of February with her mom down there) and last week, a quick trip to Fort Lauderdale, because I was off for our school’s spring break.

Ah, everyone's new favorite team. He's had an exciting year on that campus. I hope it continues for him.
