For those of you who live close to WDW, does the magic wear off? Do you ever get tired of the parks? When do you visit the parks? I'd appreciate your opinions as we are moving to Summerport (a Windermere address but 8 miles from WDW and you can see the MK fireworks from the neighboorhood). Just curious because we love WDW and can't wait for those Florida resident deals!

We've lived near WDW for a little over a year now. It takes us about 45 minutes from our door to the entrance of the park. So far the magic hasn't worn off and hopefully never will. We used to go 2-3 times a week until my DD started kindergarden. Now we go 1-2 times during the weekend. We've gone to AK so much that some of the CM's know us by name, which makes it nice, it feels kinda homey. I know alot of people would love to live close to Disney, we feel very blessed. Beware though...you will get alot of out of town visitors since you will be living so close to WDW....and you will love being a personal tour guide.

I live about 1 1/2 hours away and this was my first year with an annual pass. I went about 20+ times between last December and now with my last 5 day trip being last week. The magic has not worn off but I am a little tired of WDW for now. I'm not sure when I will be going back again, probably won't be more than a few day trips next year. :)
