Im currently working at the Disneyland Resort and we have two different clocking systems, CDS (Cast Deployment System, used on computers) and Black Box (a black box where you swipe your id/input your pid #).
We clock in 5 minutes before our shift and clock out 20 minutes before the end of our shift for 'walk time' to get to your location and to get from your location. The 20 minute walk time is paid.

I'm wondering how it works at Walt Disney World.
Thanks

Walt Disney World Resort Cast Members may clock in up to 15 minutes prior to the start of their shift, and clock out up to 15 minutes after the end of their shift.

With the exception of Cast Members working at the Magic Kingdom Park, we don't have Paid Walk Time, so Cast Members must clock out exactly when they are scheduled off. Cast Members at the Magic Kingdom Park receive 10 minutes Paid Walk Time, and so may clock out 10 minutes early.

We also use CDS and Black Boxes. CDS mainly covers Frontline Operations in the Theme Parks, Water Parks, Offsite Merchandise, portions of Transportation and the Downtown Disney Area.

Most other areas, particularly in the Resorts, as well as things such as Full Service Food & Beverage and Support Areas (Engineering, Costuming, etc.) utilize the Black Boxes.

Unlike the Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort Cast Members are not required to physically Clock Out/In for their Lunches.
