Hi guys, sorry, I am on two doubles at the shop. OK, here's what happened:
My new hosting company wasn't aware of just how big and busy CttM is. Our original package didn't allow for the large volume of traffic we are sending them. I have upgraded to a larger package created mostly for my site. When they upgraded my plan, we came back online. They are a good company, but wasn't prepared for CttM!!!

They take care of our issues rather quickly, unlike other hosting companies we have worked with.
As for the crediting not working, refresh your browser. We have been working on adding two new features and testing them before going live. I hope everyone likes them!!!
I hope to get all crediting caught up and redemptions sent out by Sunday (after my long awaited trip to Krispy Kreme - 2 - hours away!!!)

Emails seem to be sent appropriately but I have to suspend the confirmations one, it is getting bombarded with SPAM. I will set up a new email for these tonight.

I'm working on catching up crediting and redemptions. However, there is a bug in the redemptions, it doesn't tell me what a member redeemed for. This relates back to our change in email scripting. This willl be fixed early next week. So when redeeming, you will get an email from me asking what you redeemed for.

Good news is, the test on the two new mods is going great!!! I hope to have them up and running in two week's time as time permits. I am also working to lower the min to redeem, this will directly affect one of the two new mods.
