Cleaning Schedule for rooms that Opted out of Housekeeping

We stayed at Pop last September and we opted out of the housekeeping. Getting ready for our trip next week, I found the hand out they gave us.
"If you are staying four nights or More, you will receive a trash and towel service on day three"
"If you are staying six nights or more, you will receive a full-service cleaning on day five"

I'm not sure if they have changed this or not.

I checked in with my family this past Sunday. Also opted out, but didn't receive any information on the cleaning schedule you referenced above. We didn't receive any automatic trash and towel service so far (I did stop by the front desk late last night for more towels and toiletries). It remains to be seen whether they provide a full service cleaning tomorrow, we didn't get one today.

Yes, it has been changed. It's now all or nothing. Anything you want is by request only.

So I could decline housekeeping but then call or go to front desk to get towels when needed and just take out trash myself? We are only there for a short stay and don't really need the housekeeping service but I want to make sure I understand this correctly before we go. thank you!

Yes but the new room check process is making opting out of housekeeping a real pain. Make sure it's worth the very small amount you'd get in return.

You can decline housekeeping but they may do a room check anyway.
