Classes at Williams-Sonoma

Anyone here ever take any classes at Williams-Sonoma? I would love to hear what you took and your opinion of the class, and any other info!

I have a friend that works there. She told me that most of their classes are taught by store employees, who go off a script and really don't have a great deal of knowledge to impart, but every once in awhile they get chefs or special guest instructors and those classes are worth the money.

The classes in my area (ABQ) are free. They have various "technique" classes that are held on Sundays.

Anyone else with any knowledge on these classes??? Thanks!

My boss has gone to them and enjoyed them greatly, but she's never gone into much detail about them so I don't know more than that.
