CJK, I'll add my voice to what others have already said. The comments from others are disappointing, but don't let it get you down. You know you have lost weight (and become healthier) in a sensible fashion - eating right and exercising. It is a lifestyle change, not a diet. That is also why the indulgences (like that scrumptious sounding chocolate peppermint cheesecake!) are fine. These are indulgences, not regular habits for you. Do what YOU feel is right as far as your weight. Don't let the negative comments of other dissuade from continuing to lose a few more pounds if that is what you want to do.
Here's to a Happy & Healthy 2007 (and maybe a new addition?)
I'm sure you get enough family pressure, as it is.
Just know that from a health standpoint, you are doing great!

Keep up the good work in 2007!
I lost 22lbs during the challenge. I'll miss the accountability, but I'm not going anywhere. Y'all are stuck with me!
If any of you are interested in seeing what I look like, and I'm sure many of you have lost sleep over wondering what I look like
, I posted on OhMom's "biggest loser before and after pics".
Your hard work and efforts have really paid off! Congratulations!

Your words mean so much to me, and help motivate me to continue on this journey to a healthier me. I hesitated whether I should post my pictures or not, but if my progress motivates anyone, then it was definitely worthwhile.
