Drink $$ are going to vary, depending on what you are drinking & where.
Best Club ? ~ Depends on what you like , there are a variety, & they all have a different feel ~ jazz, latin (resturant & dance floor), or the groove (dance club ~ quite neat) & then there's a piano bar & the Bob Marly cafe, & more, these are just off the top of my head.I would give a try & see what appeals to you, there is enough to keep you busy.
As to doing them all in one night ~ depends on how long you stay in each one !!
I have found no un-friendly people there
Some of them have a cover charge after a certain time, but there is something you can buy called a "party pass ( i think) that will save you some money if you plan on going to 2 or more places that have a cover charge. You can but it at the on-site hotel, (if that's where you staying) or at the info booth at citywalk.
