City, Sand, and Savanna - Link to new trip report

very sweet pics! The Tink pics turned out really fun, too! I think Grammy and Pappy "got it" in their pic!:goodvibes

Great pics and updates.

that photographer did a great job with how many pics he took.

Okay, I guess when I stopped by here a few days ago, I must have previewed my reply, but never submitted my reply??? :confused3 As best as I can remember......................

Nice update Glenn! But where in the world did you come up with a title for this chapter like Lovey dovey??? :rolleyes1 Like everyone else, I think the Frog and the Princess border is definitely apropos!!! :thumbsup2

And finally Poppy. This is a nice one.

Totally agree! :thumbsup2

16 Judy's!
Looks like we have another :tiptoe: in our midst! I was starting to think I had a pretty good cushion on my lead, but if Glenn is going to start making a chapter for every PP set they stopped for during the trip, there may be like another 200 "Where's Judy-do" opportunities before this is done......... :scratchin

Okay, on to the new stuff!!!

**********************************************************

Dang it too!!! I even missed the bouquet !!!:rotfl2:But I did bet Marv !!!;):rotfl2:Glenn thse are some great PP pix !!I loved he Frog and the Princess border !!!:goodvibes
I think you were typing "beat Marv", but pulled a Dan. Anyway, yay for small victories....and big ones, like beating Marv!
Yes I meant BEAT Marv !!! I must have just been reading Dan's thread before !!:rotfl2:
Based on the additional faux pas above, I'm thinking that at your age Rosie, you were just too tired to type all those letters!!! :lmao:

Looks like I'm going to have to come up with something!
:scratchin

Glenn thse are some great PP pix!!
Huh? Wait? I didn't see any Morocco pictures in that chapter??? :rolleyes2

Hi sunfun94! :welcome: I'm glad that you're enjoying it and thanks for posting! You live in Music City, huh? It's been many, many years, but I used to get there on business...we used to like to go to the Stockyard Restaurant for steaks and listen to Curtis Green in the lounge before being seated. Good times!

Thanks! Love the Stockyard... great food and nice view right there at the end of broadway!

Glenn the photopass pictures are terrific. My smile just grew as I kept scrolling through them

Ha! I knew that Dan was influencing you! ;)

This. I am with Rob! What a great set of photos with fantastic commentary!

Aw, thanks Dee.

Great photopass pics! But I like this one even better:

The family that photobombs together....ah, I dunno, what rhymes with "photobombs"?

Me too !!!!!:rotfl2::rotfl2:

:)

Thanks Tammie. They did! It might've taken a couple of tries, but they got it.

Great pics and updates.

Thank you Scott. Yes, every now and then we get a photographer who is really good about taking lots of different shots, which makes it fun and gives us plenty of pictures to choose from. I should've put that in the chapter and not just bashed him on the couple of slanted shots, my bad. Maybe I'll edit it and put that in there -- he deserves the credit! He was great about taking a bunch of pictures with different poses and even a couple of magic shots.

And you accuse Rosie of getting old and having a bad memory.

Actually, there were some earlier in the TR taken in front of the castle that might have been more lovey-dovey...but they didn't have the Princess and the Frog!

Totally agree! :thumbsup2

Thanks.

No tellin' how long I can drag this thing out! ;)

Okay, on to the new stuff!!!

Yeah, yeah, yeah, one 'a these days. (But not today. :teeth: )

Based on the additional faux pas above, I'm thinking that at your age Rosie, you were just too tired to type all those letters!!! :lmao:

Fell asleep on the keyboard.

Huh? Wait? I didn't see any Morocco pictures in that chapter??? :rolleyes2

We used to enjoy the music in the lounge before being seated. One time, one of the guys I was traveling with hid our number so that the hostess wouldn't seat us quite so soon, 'cause we were having a good time. Oh, and Minnesota Fats, if you remember the pool player, used to hang out in the bar down on the lower level (ie. basement). I asked him for his autograph and he pulled out a stamper and stamped his signature on a napkin for me. True story.

Glenn the photopass pictures are terrific. My smile just grew as I kept scrolling through them

What a nice thing to say Kathy. Thanks!

LOVE those "kiss on the cheek" photos! I wish Andrew and I had done that on our trip.

Also, love the Princess and the Frog border!! Don't thin that showed up as an option when I was editing....

How did you do that vertical border??? I had no idea that could be done!

Sorry about my prolonged absence everybody! (Assuming anyone reads this anymore!)

The family that photobombs together, goes to Guam together.

I mean, obviously.

I can't believe I missed that. I mean, it was right there!

LOVE those "kiss on the cheek" photos! I wish Andrew and I had done that on our trip.

Your wedding has occurred by this point, correct Yuki? Something tells me you'll get plenty more opportunities for "kiss on the cheek" photos. :goodvibes

Also, love the Princess and the Frog border!! Don't thin that showed up as an option when I was editing....

The guy gets the short end of the stick with that border!

How did you do that vertical border??? I had no idea that could be done!

I'm not sure which one you're talking about Yuki. Whichever one, I didn't do anything special, I can tell you that!

Bumping Glenn up too !!! Let's see if I take the top of the page:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Thanks for looking out for me Rosie!

:woohoo: I did not fall too far behind.

I made sure of that. ;) I'm going to have to get on the stick here though, one of these days.

Will I ruin he Top f the page:rotfl2: Hey Glenn where are you????

Sorry Rosie! Work is busy, home is busy now that school has started. I can't keep up on threads, let alone write anything.

Great photos Glenn!

Carry on!

Thanks GB!

Sorry Rosie! Work is busy, home is busy now that school has started. I can't keep up on threads, let alone write anything.
I know exactly what you mean Glenn! Crunch time getting ready for our upcoming outage at work, and trying to make sure everything is ready to support all the planned work means extra hours all around. Throw in meetings, training, trying to close out some scouting stuff and school being back in season with Drew's Cross Country meets, and by the time I get home in the evening I just feel like sitting down and trying to unwind so I can get up the next day and do it all again! And don't even throw in life in general with the day to day stuff.......... :faint: And when the outage starts it will be rotating 12 hour shifts!!!

I feel like I am so far behind I can't possibly catch up, especially as fast as some posters on here keep their TRs moving! I'm glad you sound like you are as busy as me. At least for now I can keep up here......well sometimes!!! :thumbsup2

I love the pictures! All of you with tink are my favorite.
