I know, I know....another stroller thread. I just can't decide. I had planned on bringing our City Micro, because I wouldn't be too sad if something happened to it; but dh wants to bring our beloved Britax B Ready. His reasons are because it's comfy for dd, and it a dream to push around. My only hesitation is that it's bulky, and I don't want it to get hurt! Any ideas, opinions, thoughts? By the way, dd is 2.
Thanks!!!

When we only had one we brought out uppa baby vista. Half way through day one we were so happy we did! Dd took great naps in it. It was easy to push. Yes you have to deal with it on the buses but just don't overload it (we have a rule that everything that goes in the stroller except dd has to fit in one back pack) and we take time whe waiting for the bus to load the back pack.

Very good idea with the backpack! We had such a big gap between our 3rd and 4th child, I feel like I've forgotten how to do these things with a toddler! Our kids are 16, 14, 10, and 2. I'm going to have to remind them that all their "stuff" can't go in the stroller.
Thanks for your response. I'm thinking it will be worth taking the Britax for her comfort.

We rented a mini city double from Apple ($7 a day, it's $5 for the single) and loved it. It was in great condition and was totally necessary as we traversed though the jungle that is MK. : )

Personally I loved not having to lug it around at the airport, so bringing our own stroller was a no go.

Our son was 2 and we took a cheap umbrella stroller for the airport and rented a city mini from Apple. It worked out perfect!

Does the City Mini recline much? Our City Micro doesn't, so that's why I'm wondering. Is it a good stroller to nap in?

Yes it was great for him to nap in.

The sunshade helped a lot too. It is really nice since it covers a lot of the stroller.

Thanks so much! That sounds so much better than lugging our own big stroller!

Love love LOVE our B Ready!! It was awesome to have when we went to MK for one day when DS was 5 months old. So easy to push around, and comfortable for DS to nap in.

The only thing that was a pain was getting it through airport security. It does NOT fit through the X-ray belts, but TSA made us try anyway. So lots of baby in and out, folding up and opening for them just to have us push it through the metal detector and have someone hand inspect it.

Checking it at the gate was fine. Only a few dirt marks on the canopy, which came off with a magic eraser. They even had it open and waiting for us when we got off the plane. I will get a bag for it next time to avoid any more dirt or possible damage.

We will be bringing it along with us to WDW again this November. Hoping DS will nap in it in the parks because I doubt we can get him to nap in the resort room mid-day.

We took our b ready to Disneyland last year and will again this year!

Last year we just had our 16 mos (at the time) but this year we will have a 15 mos old and an almost 3 year old so i will have it in doubles mode.

It was a breeze to take and am glad we did. Since both seats recline so great it will be a great nap option. My daughter napped in it everyday when we went. Just covered it with an Aden and anais breathable blanket and she was good. I also used a small stroller fan to keep her
Cool and she loved it.

I was a bit paranoid but used a buggy guard lock on the wheels and it was quick and easy and gave me peace of mind. I practiced (like a dork) before we went where and how was the easiest and fastest way to lock it.

And the huge basket and awesome canopies can't be beat.

Oh, I'm so torn!! I think I'll let my dh decide what we do! lol. If he doesn't mind lugging the B Ready through the airport, maybe we'll do that. I am amazed at how well it rides; the strollers I had with my other 3 kids pale in comparison. And, the color!! Love my kelly green stroller!!!!
