Again...it's been awhile:

2. Citricos
3. Artists Point
4. California Grill
5. Brown Derby
6. Narcoosees
7. Flying Fish

Le cellier isn't/doesn't belong on the list...and I have not been to monsier Paul since the Change over from bistro.

I am pretty much on par with the top three on this list except I would probably swap Jiko and Artist Point. I love love love Artist Point. Citricos is great too. It just has a different feel than the other signatures. It's classy and quiet and the service and food are just wonderful. I am a big fan of the pork belly. Of the current entrees, the short ribs or the pork porterhouse are probably my fave. I don't recall ever having dessert there as I'm not a huge sweets eater and I'm highly allergic to bananas making their most popular option off limits lol. I do enjoy their cheese board and have always been allowed to order it in place of standard dessert when on the deluxe plan.

I still like Citricos but was dealt a severe blow when they abandoned their signature dish--Veal shank.

Could not agree more. I loved that entree.

But that...involved special preparation and ingredients that couldn't be shared with 21 other restuarants...

And that...is the essence of what had declined/slid with dining in wdw

Same kitchen as V&As...so it's kinda a silly one to skip.

As opposed to yachtsmans...which as pointed out earlier today is the same kitchen as the galley/captains grill.

Wait -- I'm confused. Do you mean Citricos and V&A's do NOT share a kitchen? It's be hard for Citricos' open air kitchen to hustle food for V&A's too.

No...I mean they do...

Technically different staff...but I was back there many times and they were a pretty good/friendly/cohesive unit

There's more in the back...is what I mean...the Citricos kitchen is more open Now...but there's still some common spaces behind the fabled wall...

The employee cafeteria is back behind that too...

Food isn't "quite" as good though

Boat dock, just beyond Narcoossee's. Might be others, but I'm sure that's a good one. When we were leaving Narcoosee's the other night to head over to BLT, families were catching spots on the benches on the boat dock, about an hour before Wishes was scheduled to start. I don't know that you need to be out there that early, that's just what I saw.

Jiko does keep coming up. Definitely for next time.

Yes, Narcoossee's is definitely the best spot, because they actually play the music. It's usually not necessary to show up too early, as it's mostly Narcoossee's diners who go out on the balcony to watch.

To clarify, the kitchens for Citricos and V&As are connected, but there isn't really shared space.

Agree--you can watch Citricos kitchen very easily as it is quite open. V&A's kitchen cannot be seen from Citricos.
