Citrico's, Citrico's, Citrico's........WOW

Just as a note, starting in February Chef Gray - my food God - has been moved. The chef from Narcooses is now at Citricos and Gray is at Narcooses.

Ouch! Don't tell me that after all this discussing if going with our baby is appropriate or not, the restaurant is changing chef?! Ouch!!! Should I move my attention to Narcossees or Jiko perhaps?

Hello everyone,

I just got back from the world. I had my birthday dinner at Citrico's last Sunday. Although the food was great, the service was awful!!! I expected a special evening at left practically in tears. My husband ordered the slipper dessert for me, it came with a candle in it, but it was just plopped in front of me. Our waiter didn't even utter a happy bday. I saw all the tables around us receive Evian and pressed pots of coffee. We weren't even asked if we wanted to order it. My husband wasn't even asked if he wanted a dessert. It wasn't even busy, there were under 10 tables and our waiter only had 2 of them. The service was unacceptable and the experience was a disappointment.

Well, the good news is that Narcooses is more child friendly than Citrico IMHO...

I agree. I was made to feel like we were not "good" enough to be there. I don't get it. We were dressed up, ordered drinks, appetizers, entrees, a special order dessert. It's not like we were spending money and we were't worth his time.
